There are some diseases for which this could be warranted, but Covid isn’t one of them. Which makes me wonder if there is currently a “threat assessment” of an outbreak of one of these other diseases on the horizon?
One that comes to mind is a very antibiotics-resistant strain of Tuberculosis. There have long been secure quarantine facilities all over the US for this—and they mean it. You can only leave when you are cured or dead. No Habeus Corpus.
Another disease would be Smallpox, theoretically eradicated.
illegals have been bringing TB into the country for YEARS
Maybe, maybe not.
Have you ever seen in history where quarantines were completely successful?
I have not.
For example. The Spanish flu. They even had it in remote villages. All it takes in for just one person to be in contact with another who has it. He/she brings it back.
The Iditarod-thats the Alaskan sled dog race, is a bit of a result of when diphtheria infested Nome Alaska-not only Nome, but just about ever single village around.
Dont mean we purposely go out and look for trouble. IMO. here is how it (covid) should have been addressed. Get outside as much as you can. Stay home if you get a minor infection. Stay back from people in stores. Hospitals need to be closed to visitors, as did Old Folks homes.
If you get a major infection, get to the ER and get TREATMENT..and there is where the mistake is being made. It is treatment, not experimental vaccines that will be successful on this.
If they were REALLY serious about quarantines back then, they would have shut down any cross country transportation-truckers, etc.
This whole dam thing is a lie. And it cost was in human lives.
That would be why they are importing millions of human Petri dishes across the southern border and dispersing them far-and-wide.
Nothing like creating a crisis to exploit.
I'm sure you'll be thrilled when the antibiotic-resistant tuberculosis pandemic begins and support every totalitarian wet dream it brings about.
