I thought that would be the case since he said it would “be in their best interest to let Americans pass” in his fake “presser”.
If he gives the taliban 500 million dollars all the notes should be stamped with “AFGHAN” as was notes in Hawaii during WW II. That way the US can later declare such notes as Non-negotiable.
Resident Biden will pay the Taliban for Americans it holds hostage but will obscure the payment and thus the status of Americans as hostages.
