Self-inflicted because the medical community, other than a few (in relation to the whole) will NOT treat EARLY OUTPATIENT HOME-BASED which keeps the vast majority OUT of the hospitals.

My GF is an RN and that 12 HOUR wait is NORMAL at LA county and city hospitals PRE COVID. It gets far worse on Mondays.

How do you know that they aren't? And that those in the ICU aren't people who waited too long before getting treatment?
