Biden, the Taliban, and the Haqqani Network
Sultan Knish ^ | 31 August 2021 | Daniel Greenfield

When Kabul fell, the Taliban offered the Biden administration a deal. Either the United States could control the city until August 31, the terror group’s deadline, or the Taliban would.

The Taliban may have been testing Biden, wary of a direct military confrontation with a large concentration of American forces, but if so they quickly learned that they had little to worry about. Instead of maintaining control over Kabul so that Americans could be speedily evacuated, the Biden administration and its cronies turned over the city to the Taliban.

And the Taliban turned to their most professional and deadliest assets. The Haqqani Network had been closely allied with Al Qaeda and picked up many of its tricks. Its commanders understood urban warfare, excelled at suicide and truck bombings, and had expert units whose commandos had been trained in Pakistan by the terror regime’s ISI secret agents.

I don't think this was actually Biden's idea. It smells to me of Obama, the crypto-Muslim, once again giving away the nation's security to his co-religionists.

It all sounds like some half-cooked idea coming from the National Security Advisor (Sullivan), who was in the Obama White House as well.

Very good article. The details of Biden’s treachery and stupidity ( not to mention that of his woke generals) are shocking.

Biden must be removed, and at the moment, I think the GOP would even find some Dem allies if they tried it.

Read the article. My reaction is too much is going wrong like clockwork for what is happening for accident or unforeseen circumstances.

The involvement of the Haqqani network was certainly interesting, and when you see the connection with past disasters in relation to Islamist movements (most of them involving Obama), it does look like a pattern.
