Contractors on post need a work order to fix things. It’s as bad as the way the county school system works.

Turn in a work order to fix a leaking faucet in the barracks and when he shows up to fix it you point out the faucet next to it is also leaking.

It takes months to resolve this, and sometimes it is not resolved. Worse yet, soldiers' families have to pay for independent testing, then go through the processes of getting them to accept the test results. By the way, mold is not the only problem. There is lead contamination.
