There is no right to refuse a vaccination in the US military. What you’ve just done is inciting a mutiny. You might want to read up on the penalties for that.

We swore an oath to the constitution to fight against tyranny. Forced untested medical experiments is tyranny. Soldiers have rights. If you were coming to force me, I would run you through to meet your vaccination god.
Could be mutiny is a good idea and called for.
