Here is the interesting part about OSHA—can they require employees who work only at home to be vaccinated?
Doubtful since there would be no workplace to safe guard. OSHA mandates ear plugs, respirators in chemical environments, hard hats things that in the workplace represent a hazard to health and safety. Remote workers as with remote student’s tend to be left alone. None of the virtual or distance learning student’s have to have meningitis vaccinations since they are never on campus.

For someone who continually claims to have multiple PhDs and be an expert in everything, you would think that he would know the difference between a law from 1905 In Massachusetts and a law in Texas today.
The Supreme Court can’t give any locality any power to do anything. That’s not how the law works.

The OSHA mandate is as constitutional as the CDC eviction moratorium which was just blocked 6-3 by SCOTUS.
I don’t know why the lying clown JD doesn’t think that his god Xiden wouldn’t cook up another unconstitutional edict that has just as little legality as the CDC “mandate.”

He’s claimed that by November, the federal government is going to impose a nationwide Jacobson style mandate on everyone. (Criminal penalty for failure to get vaccinated).
He’s also spoke out against constitutional carry in Texas and said that he would vote Gov. Abbott out over it.
He’s also fantasized about using military force to lockdown citizens and has said that he would participate in it.
I think the disaster in Afghanistan pales to the freedoms we’re losing here under this BS plandemic. Government officials don’t talk about the virus and what scientists are doing about it. They talk about separating the wheat from the chaff with the mandates to wear the maks and take the vax.
They want to know how many people are under their thumbs. We’re all under house arrest unless we agree to be conscripted to be unpaid guinea pigs for Fauci and his pharma friends and his peers in China, Australia, and Europe.
If they ever reach their magic “herd immunity” percentage of vax-takers, I doubt things will go back to “normal.” It may be taken as a sign to go full Australian on the final ~%20 that hold out against taking their experimental drug.
Our rights are no longer “inalienable.” Biden said as much today that they are now conditional.
If nobody noticed, Abbott didn’t “slam” or say anything; his “spokesperson” did . Big whoop. Wish he had.
They cannot mandate a vaccine today. It won’t happen!
I think people are over reacting here. How is Osha going to monitor all these workplaces? I just don’t see it.
If people just don’t talk about it at work, how would anyone know?
This is the worst he can do, allow Osha to fine a business if a complaint is made.
And anyone who doesn’t want the vaccine just has to get tested.
I don’t think this is that big of a deal. Get a swab in your nose once or twice a week, wait 15 minutes and you are done.
Everyone needs to calm down.
It won’t cost you anything.
He is not going to mandate it.

President Biden announced Thursday that the federal government will shell out $2 billion to buy almost 300 million rapid tests for COVID-19 – despite the fact that the tests are woefully inaccurate compared to PCR, or polymerase chain reaction, tests.
Biden said the rapid tests would be distributed to community health centers, food banks and schools across the US “so that every American, no matter their income, can access free and convenient tests.”
However, rapid COVID-19 tests — which typically involve a health professional swabbing a person’s nose or throat but also have at-home versions — vary in accuracy depending on the manufacturer and the time when they are taken, with some offering a less than 50 percent chance of a correct diagnosis.
Well he was close on this one. He said it was an attack on businesses when in reality it is an attack on every Texan.

Good point, the vaxed should be tested too, logically. However, sticking a swab way up the nose every week is asking for trouble. There’s a lot of stuff in the air, covid included, that doesn’t naturally make its way up there. And then there’s nosebleeds. And then there’s the right to be left alone.
When it comes to the federal government, NOTHING is free. Including us, now.
