“Black service members in the Air Force are far more likely to be investigated, arrested, face disciplinary actions and be discharged for misconduct”
Only because of racism.

which found that Black service members in the Air Force are far more likely to be investigated, arrested, face disciplinary actions and be discharged for misconduct.Of course, examining the reasons why this might be the case is beyond the scope of the report. But they can speculate that the cause is systemic racism.

How many of the women have a penis? They will never be women and the more they try, the more resistance they’ll experience.

As a former AF Law Enforcement Specialist, I can tell you that 75% of my busts were black males. That’s because they brought the hood with them and committed serious crimes (theft, etc). The white men? Usually the ones with the alcohol problems or sexual in nature.

So? It was the same 66 years ago when my sister-in-law joined the Navy.
I joined in 1966 and saw lots of HOT women in uniform. Officers got the first “pick”.

Depending upon the definition, that would seem low, even for a generally professional environment.
and many can describe accounts of sexism and a stigma associated with pregnancy and maternity leave,
It’s maternity leave that’s the big one. Positions aren’t filled while they are out, and there’s a pattern of women all getting pregnant together, leaving the remaining staff literally working double shifts to cover. Not to mention the option to just end their term of duty by getting pregnant (I don’t know if this is always the policy, but it is at times) - which is usually exercised only when due back to duty. Many pregnant women are given a medical profile which precludes their contributing to the workload, in some cases at all.
Resentment and comments should not be surprising, and would not rely on any inherent sexism.
