Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that they did not hear President Donald Trump’s 2020 election case because it did not meet “normal criteria.”
Anchor Chris Wallace said, “One of your arguments against seeing the court’s political is the fact that it refused to even hear the appeals from the Trump campaign about the 2020 election. Didn’t even hear it them.”
......SNIP......
Wallace asked, “Why was that?”
Breyer said, “Why was it? Because they didn’t bring a case, I guess, that met the normal criteria for being heard. When we decide to take a case, there has to be four votes to take it, so I can’t go beyond that. What we do know is that there were not for votes to take it because it wasn’t taken. There are criteria, and if we don’t take a case, you know, the reason in all likelihood is that the criteria weren’t met.”

. . . being interviewed by a lying coward.
So, the only reason he can articulate is because there were not 4 votes. The federal judiciary has become hopeless politicized. Arm up America.
The second propaganda wave to stop Trump must’ve kicked off yesterday - it’s all the media has wanted to talk about this week.
He was better off keeping his yapper closed.
I can understand being pissed off at Breyer for mincing words but the fact is Trump picked three Supreme Court Justices and of 2 of the three wouldn’t hear the cae. Did Trump even interview these justices or just strictly go on what others told him?. Because all three suck.
Yeh, sure! 🙄
Lawyers in black robes defying the American public with regularity. Please stand back and let it all collapse.
I’m sure he met them before endorsing them.
Betcha Bannon has Lindell on tomorrow...and they’ll be 5x5 even without our computer or radio.
If the whole mess taught us anything is when a judge doesn’t want to hear a case they just declare “no standing” and its over with.
He “guesses”?
Precisely what I was going to say. He guesses because he doesn’t know.
The swing state courts who turned down cases were the ones that violated separation of powers and and rewrote voting rules to allow the fraud. By refusing to hear Texas, the USSC gave a pass to state court judges who enabled it.
Trying to pretend it didn't happen shows how corrupt and blind much of the country has become.

You can thank the bipartisan nature of the coup for that. No judge was giong to stick their neck out for Trump when even his own admin (DOJ) and party would not support his fight against the stolen election.
Translation please?
“even his own admin (DOJ) and party would not support his fight against the stolen election.”
That is the one promise he broke that really irks me, to hire only the best and brightest and most capable for his administration. Maybe he was backed into corners on some but he shot himself in the foot many times with his appointments.
Black robed tyrants
Did you read the linked article? It seems that the ballot harvesters didn’t leave their personal cell phones at home while they were making their appointed rounds...
