MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Monday called for the people behind former President Donald Trump to be looked into for “fueling” his stolen election “conspiracy” theories.
According to Scarborough, “Trumpist” Republican legislators are reinforcing Trump’s lies about “rigged elections” in Arizona, Georgia, and elsewhere by strengthening voting law. He said the people behind him are “the threat to American democracy.”

I honestly don’t know if the election was stolen. But....the biggest threat to “democracy” in the USA is the Democrat Party.
Frantic orthodoxy like this from Mr. Scarborough really shows that sort of insecurity behind it.

Now that Trump’s popularity is up versus Biden the attack switches away from Trump.

It was a strict violation of the equal protection clause of the US Constitution. Plain and simple.
When TX and the enjoining states filed lawsuit in the SCOTUS they had a clear cut case of that. The yellow belly Roberts would not hear the case.
Now why was it a violation of the equal protection clause?
Because PA and several states changed their election laws through the governors and courts. ONLY THE STATE LEGISLATURES CAN CHANGE ELECTION LAWS WITHIN THEIR STATES.
