Ashli Babbitt was executed for exercising her First Amendment rights

Ms Babbit was clearly murdered; however, destroying property is not a right. She didn't seem to have done any of the damage to the capital building, but she stayed with those who did. She is guilty ONLY of poor judgement and associating with the wrong people.

The video of that incident haunts me. There was no excuse for her murder. She was clearly setup by that agent provocateur. Our government wanted someone to die, and that wonderful women blundered into their sights. I hate that.
