Manchin and fellow moderate Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz) have been in negotiations with Sanders and other progressive democrats for weeks over the price tag of the spending package.
As Democrats go back and forth on the price tag of the spending bill, they are also discussing what to include in the legislation. The party could finalize the framework as early as this week.

This was the strategy from the start. The only people who look stupid is the Americans who believe this is a great compromise, it isn't, it's all unneccessary. We got hosed, or will when they announce their "compromise and pass it with 50 votes.

Don’t hold your breath. He will cave one way or the other. Now senator Sinema is pissed off at the way her own party has been dogging her so she might be the lone wolf to stand firm and flip them off like McCain did to us. I can only dream.
They have a timeline, the clock is ticking towards 2022.
I can only hope they don’t cave, but n the end they will settle on a lower (still too high) number and say it was a win win. Except for taxpayers.

The Congress has no trillions of dollars just waiting to be spent.
That money has no metaphysical existence.
The robbery of the taxpayers (American people) will come after this extortion is passed into law.
This robbery will take the form of asset stripping. People losing their houses, their land, their businesses, their real money, their remaining wealth, and as needed and desired by the democrats, even their lives.
