50 lbs. of long grain white rice, 50 lbs. of dried pinto beans and 15 lbs. of old fashioned rolled oats would serve as a basis for a 90 day supply for my wife and me. Stocking up on a 90 day supply of vegetables (canned or raw), canned fruit, canned meats and tuna, condensed soups, shelf stable condiments and spices is what I’m working on now.
