Is or is not swearing part of dementia?

If it is then Trump was completely off his rocker.

Profanity is the crutch of the conversational cripple. It's a symptom of an ill-mannered individual but not dementia.

“Profanity is the crutch of the conversational cripple.”

General George Patton would strongly disagree with you. He said no war was ever won without elegant profanity.

George Washington was known to color the air on occasion.

What is “profane” is subjective.

Most people have no problem with “gosh”, “gee”, or “heck”. We’d have been severely disciplined if we ever said those words (minced oaths).
