Too small of a company to expand nationwide. Probably not cost effective to have a small handful of locations in other states. They’ve opened 40 locations within Texas. I can see them expanding a bit more there.
Well, the article actually says that they: "repeatedly violat(ed) a county health order."
So they did not commit a criminal act of violating the law. they merely ae non compliant with a regulation.
Kind of a no-brainer to move to a state where you can actually sell your product or remain in a state where you get to pay taxes but your stores are closed. Newsome is just as guilty but at least one Democrat might be held responsible for their actions although not the right ones. I read an article over at PJmedia about a small victory, “Andrew Cuomo to Be Arrested Next Week: Report”, so give that a look. If true great, but he should be arrested for the nursing home deaths not a grope. Any company preferring to do business in Commiefornia vs Florida or Texas gets what they deserve.
