These are essentially misdemeanors that have been absurdly upcharged with felonies that will never stick. They should at most have been cited and released on their OR.
I for one was not aware of just how outrageous the DOJ’s conduct has been with these people, and to judge from the lack of attention this is getting on FR, I’m not alone.
Time to get angry, and get these people some help!
I agree. I have started praying for them, at least those listed here.
Did our congressmembers only go to check conditions at that prison that one time?
