This is the moment Las Vegas Raiders' star Henry Ruggs sobbed on the ground after crashing his Corvette into a woman's SUV at 156mph as she perished in a huge fireball.
Ruggs, 22, was seen apparently passing in and out of consciousness and holding his girlfriend Rudy Washington in the aftermath of Tuesday night's Sin City smash.
He was allegedly drunk and traveling at high speed when he crashed into Tina Tintor's Toyota RAV4 on Tuesday. The 23-year-old woman and her dog, Maxi, which was in the backseat, burned to death despite bystanders’ efforts to save them, with Tintor allegedly screaming with pain during her final agonizing moments.

Witnesses tried to rescue the girl. They said the fire started slowly and didn’t seem like a big problem at first, but just kept growing bigger. They couldn’t get the doors open and couldn’t cut the seatbelts in time. The single fire extinguisher on hand couldn’t handle the gasoline fire.
I’d rather see them take him out before the system lets him get over. An eye for an eye.
Yeah, he needs a real good lesson!

Ugh, such a sad story all around. Mr. Ruggs is going to be behind bars for a long time. Maybe he’ll learn how to be a better human being during incarceration.
I stupidly watched a Russian video of a car on fire and the trapped driver trying to crawl out of the window while fully enflamed. I wish I had it on mute is all I can say and wish I never clicked on it.
Worse than you can imagine.

My son and his friends almost died in a similar car crash.
It doesn’t take long for flames to engulf a car.

When I was 24, I was at a party and a woman I was close to saw my condition, took my motorcycle keys and simply left without my knowing (so I couldn't argue). She told some friends to tell me later. I was at least humble enough to thank her the next day.
Unfortunately this guy's baby mamma seemed complicit.
How could he crash at 156 mph and walk away?
With gas tanks in the rear, a 156mph hit will rupture it and the fire spreads quickly. A terrible way to go. RIP, lady and pup.
aww, the poor guy was sobbing on the ground while his girlfriend hugged him...as the woman he murdered with his risk-taking was screaming in agony at being burned alive. Sympathy for him minus zero.
This idiot was driving 156 mph and had twice the legal limit of alcohol (.161).
He should get life, no parole.
