Liberty Counsel filed a reply brief and additional affidavits supporting the need for immediate relief for plaintiffs from all five branches of the military, federal employees, and federal civilian contractors who have been unlawfully mandated to get the COVID shots or face dishonorable discharge from the military or termination from employment.
The preliminary injunction hearing for the class action lawsuit against Joseph R. Biden, the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Defense, and the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security will be on Monday, November 15 at 9 a.m., in the Middle District Court of Florida. The short name of the case is Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden.
I sure hope the injunction and immediate relief is granted, or else there are going to be many folks who will join the ranks of the unemployed, myself included.
Should of been granted a long time ago. I have no faith in the courts.
Since my employer is saying this is a cams mandate, I perceive I am counted among these.

Doesn't one have to be convicted by a court-martial to be dishonorably discharged? A dishonorable discharge is a disgrace that is the equivalent of a major felony conviction such as murder or forcible rape.
Is it just me or does anyone else think hosing a bunch of Navy Seals, military, very smart folks with clearances working on important devices is NOT a good idea?
Correct. A DD only flows from sentence of a general court-martial. A UCMJ article 90 or 92 orders violation MIGHT result in a DD or lesser punishment. I can’t see any court doing the max over a vaccination.

I’d love to have 2 years at an academy and then drop out. Transfer the credits to another school.
Just wait. When everyone else starts succumbing to the poison they’ve been injected with, those same people will be the only option left, the only ones who will be able to save the country. I want to see every last liberal who pushed these ungodly mandates to have egg on their faces when they have to ask them for help.
