Democrats this week are “freaked out” over Democrat retirements and the prospect of Republicans reclaiming the House.
Rep. David Price (D-NC), who has decided to retire from Congress next year, fears Democrats have done a poor job governing with inflation soaring and wages declining. The impact of the Democrats’ failure to govern has Price feeling that Donald Trump’s working-class party will win back Congress, which is “a very alarming prospect for the country,” Price claimed to the Washington Post.

Problem is not the lack of success of the liberal party to do what is needed for Price, it is that he is being sucked into a horrible governing technique by his party as they are totally split in numerous directions and he, like many other libs, is being made to look like a horse’s patootie and his ego won’t let him stay around the for disaster in the next election. And rather than try to get it done best for the country, he is ignoring the possibilities and allowing the catastrophe to happen by being silent while his peers hand out the pain.
If he was concerned about the new party taking control, he would stay around and try to help it get things right through compromise and acceptance making the best of what he could for the people. That’s what a brave man would do under trying circumstances. He obviously is a coward and a milquetoast.

Yeah sure, because Americans would be alarmed to return to a great economy, with record jobs, record wages, energy independence, and low gas prices, and the means and will to deal with an aggressive china. That would be awful. /s
Well, remember too, the way the liberals look at things, Orange Man was bad, he said mean things on Twitter, and praised white supremacy and all that.
Which to them, overrides all the good points you made about good things which happened while Trump was president.
So they have to raise fears of, what if Republicans take over Congress, what if the hated Trump runs for president again, etc. etc. to try to keep their sheep voters in line.

Geez, Price was pitching for the Rays back in 2008 when they lost to the Phillies in the WS, so he must be coming up on retirement soon, just like Longo with the Giants.
