Pitiful attempt at journalism. The decision was Monday, yet this Wednesday article can’t even manage one quote from the decision, just a rehash of the lawsuit.
Breitbart is almost always a waste of time, failing to apply even the most basic elements of journalism.
Well the Legislation and Executive parts of the government are against us, we only have the Judges left, those few which follow the US Constitution.
Judicial activism is a terrible thing, even when it “benefits our side”. For as long as the courts do this we aren’t free.
The President is not a King or a dictator. He is in charge of one branch of our government, the Executive Branch.
Executive orders are not laws. They are no more then memos to the various department providing guidance on how to do their jobs.
So the question comes down to whether the President has authority to allow or disallow mining on public land. I would think Congress is the one to decide that.
But then this is just my opinion, I may be wrong
BS. While on principle you are correct, but that’s a recipe for losing. While the left uses the courts to get their way we will surely lose in the end unless we start fighting the same way.
We need to use the courts to push our views and get their communist views/ideals made illegal. By hook or crook we need to win this war. We can worry about how we won later.
That is not judicial activism. That is recognizing and honoring law. There are multiple legal contracts that would be broken. Not to mention the treasonous destruction to our Country.
With a nationwide injunction on the vaccine mandate and a nationwide injunction on the drilling ban, this has come back to bite them in the *ss.
But as you said, relying on the courts to do things like this is not good.

Totally agree. Unfortunately, the courts are all that remain between us and a rogue Executive branch.

Thinking the same. Can’t count on the courts for everything. This administration has gone outlaw.
