Charged with reckless homicide and he's out on $1000 bond?
Good Lord what is wrong with these people? They're the one's that are just as responsible
for this horrific incident and should be brought up on charges.

No. They will throw the book at him. Not for killing five and wounding over 40 (they could not care less). No they will go after him because he embarrassed them.
This is too big for them to sweep under the rug as much as they would like to.
