The prosecution said in court when Brooks was arraigned that he intentionally drove into the parade and tried to kill people. Most of the media is ignoring this, otherwise it would be murder committed by a black (racist) terrorist.
Or to avoid people, which is impossible in the middle of a parade. Either way the guy should get life w/o parole.
