The speaker of the house is automatically in line if both the president and the vice president are incapacitated or killed. If a president is removed for any reason, the vice president ascends to the presidency and picks a Vice President, subject to approval by the Senate.

If she won't play the role assigned to her, they will remove her in a heartbeat. The replacement team will take the stage so fast it will make heads spin. They will be younger, attractive public speakers who are pulled from obscure political positions and have no following of their own.
Rules and laws do not matter in the slightest way. Nor do "elections".
