The only way to make Hillary VP is for a Republican to vote for her since the nominee has to be approved by the Senate. There would be no shortage of RINO traitors ready to vote for her confirmation. Lisa Murkowski (RINO-Alaska) readily comes to mind.

Murkowski? Romney? Cornyn? Graham? I bet if this actually happened, she'd have plenty of "just one Repub vote" to choose from.
