Don’t overlook the role of the catholic “church” in all this. Recently read an article in which a catholic activist attempted to confront some bishops about, for one thing, whether they believed ChoMoeJoe should be excommunicated, or at least barred from participating in the Eucharist (which you’re not supposed to do in a state of mortal sin). The lady reported getting a bunch of blank stares from these bishops who were participating in a global conclave. Her hypothesis is that she was witnessing demons at work.
