DA blames assistant for rampage Waukesha parade suspect’s ‘inappropriately low’ bail

The man accused driving his SUV into the Waukesha Christmas parade had been released earlier on “inappropriately low” bail as a result of “human error” by a young prosecutor, the Milwaukee County district attorney said Thursday.

Darrell Brooks, 39, who is charged with six counts of intentional homicide over the deadly crash in Waukesha that also left 48 injured, should have been behind bars following an arrest earlier in November, officials have acknowledged.

Brooks was out on $1,000 cash bail at the time of the Nov. 21 parade rampage after he allegedly punched the mother of his child and purposefully ran her “over with his vehicle” in a Milwaukee gas station parking lot on Nov. 2, according to court documents.

Typical DemonCrap.

Do evil; blame others.

The next step is to offer ‘solutions’ that aren’t even in the same neighborhood as the problem.

He orders his staff to shoot for NO Bail or LOW Bail in ALL Cases, then blames them for following his orders??

Sounds like a pretty good reason for PERMANENT DISBARMENT!

“Blames assistant??? Yeah right. You both have your hands dirty in this.”

Note also that the ‘assistant’ doesn’t seem to have a name.

“People should be outside this guys home protesting”

It’s only Democrats who do that. There are companies who supply protesters, signs, bag lunches, transportation and lodging. I’ve seen a few videos where the companies are making signs and the workers look like really old hippies still wearing their ‘60’s peace signs and carrying the little red book.

Conservatives have jobs, families and responsibilities. Traveling across state lines to hold a sign in front of some guy’s house is not in their DNA.

Here’s a link, but I don’t see the California and Oregon companies in the first page and they are huge.

FTA: Chisholm blamed the low bail on an early-career assistant DA who was overloaded with cases and did not have access to a critical risk assessment for Brooks because it had not yet been uploaded to the office’s case management system.

Nonsense. The man was arrested “after he allegedly punched the mother of his child and purposefully ran her “over with his vehicle” in a Milwaukee gas station parking lot on Nov. 2, according to court documents.” No Critical Risk Assessment is needed to see the seriousness of just that accusation. Just needs common sense.

In the Post article, I did not see any mention of the very suspiciously "damaged" digital transcript of the bail hearing for the suspect, Brooks.

Forget the assistant nonsense, this was deliberate.

DA Chisholm has blood on his hands, he released a known violent felon filled with racist hate just hours after a highly-publicized trial

Chisholm knew exactly what he was doing, and he wanted revenge ... releasing this monster was his method

Charge DA Chisholm with six counts of first-degree murder, just like Brooks!!

A modest solution: airdrop the DA, his assistant, George Soros and Darrell Brooks into an active volcano. The one in the Canary Islands should suffice.

He should be running through the north woods of Wisconsin pursued by a pack of baying hounds and an angry mob.

All it would take is one crap-stirring wealthy leftist to bail this clown out even at $5M. This should have been a classic “no-bail” situation.
