It’s grounds for all other states to secede from federation with NY. The basis for splitting the country into left coasts & heartland, separate countries. My ancestors escaped English ethnic cleansing of Irish during bumper harvests of food guarded by soldiers shipped to England, to come here starving to find Irish need not apply. We didn’t get a govt paid plane ticket from Mogadishu to try to destroy this country. If you don’t have borders or a vote limited to naturalized citizenry, it’s not a country.

Completely agree, any voting results from such a state are “fruit from the poisoned tree”. That goes for the senators from that state and the representatives from that district. They should not be recognized by the House and Senate.
How such laws were even contemplated, much less passed, is absolutely incomprehensible to me.

These 'laws' were contemplated and passed because there are a large number of people who feel they have the right to do anything, including rigging elections, because they are convinced that traditional America, and white people deserve to be punished, diminished, and disempowered, if not destroyed.
They feel entitled to lie, cheat, steal (obviously from the looting that occurs), or anything they want to do - because Hollywood, academia, leftist politicians, and the general left have told them and convinced them that white society has screwed them.
It is a very dangerous message, and will hurt all of us eventually, no matter what race, color, or creed we are. That kind of hatred and blind self-justification is what allows people to drive through a Christmas parade and run over children.
Next step: allow non-residents to vote in NYC elections. Ballot postmarked from California? No problem!
Whoever voted for and is involved in this should have their voting rights REMOVED
Why can they vote, but not own guns?
The LEFT has utter contempt for ‘due process’ aka following the precedent and rules. If you want to change the US or New York State Constitution, there is a legal process to put an amendment out for approval. Strange how the LEFT cannot seem to grasp that concept!

I think it was the outgoing Undersecretary of State for the Clinton administration one confirmed in a presser what many of us have always suspected, by stating the idea of a sovereign Nation-State is outdated and silly.
Leftists often proclaim themselves to be "Citizens of the World" and (at least for the wealthy ones) this is true, since they spend every year shuttling between their homes in NY, London, Paris, etc, aided by the multiple citizenships they hold.
Their goal is to steal and take over the United States from the citizens and turn it into their Communist Utopia without winning elections (legitimately) or fighting a war.
Is this the party that creates indigenous people day and cries about wars and land grabs from hundreds of years ago?

In view of the foregoing, a non-citizen casting a vote is a not just a statutory criminal, but a constitutional one.
It shouldn’t be lost on thoughtful observers that the urgency to have non-citizens vote is a tacit admission that criminals will vote (D) by a wide margin. Ergo, (D) = organized crime.
But we knew that.
Good idea! There’s no way to ensure the integrity of these votes in any way , shape or form.
