"Chris Davies and his father Donald have been fighting for their mother and wife Kathy Davies’ right to try the drug Ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment at Fauquier Health hospital in Warrenton, Virginia, for the past few weeks. But the hospital — where Chris happens to work as a radiologic technologist — had put his mother through a series of legal hoops seemingly designed to block the treatment from being given to her.
On Monday, December 13, Virginia’s 20th Judicial Court found Fauquier Health in contempt of court after refusing to comply with previous orders and ruled that by 9:00 p.m. Eastern time tonight, Kathy Davies must be given the dose of Ivermectin as prescribed by a doctor retained by the Davies family. Additionally — if the hospital did not comply — the state had the right to fine the hospital $10,000 per day. That order would have been applied retroactively from December 9 onwards. The court also ordered that the Davies family be given police escort if necessary to administer the drug to their mother. ..."

This scamdemic was always about control and never EVER about health.
The fine should have been $10k/hour. That might motivate them to cease their coercion.
I've been under the impression that IVM needs to be used as soon as possible after diagnosis to be most effective. This would seem to be criminally negligent.
I don't think that fines are appropriate punishment. I'd go for Hammurabi-style justice.
Should be held in contempt just for not adhering to the medical hippocratic oath.
I have a hard time believing people are leaving their family members at the mercy of communist hospital administrators. Why don't they move their family members to another facility?
Why are people going to court while hospitals are trying to murder their family?
“Hippocratic Oath” like
Our Constitution has been
SHREDDED!
.
That’s $10,000/day, $70,000/week, $300,000/month, or $3.64 million per year.

Ivermectin will actually work “late” ... one of the beauties of this medicine.
Here’s the deal, though .... why it may not work late and it has to do with why some folks come off the vents and others do not. If you’re on a vent because your lungs are inflamed, the inflammation can be treated (ivermectin & other drugs for inflammation) & you can come off when that situation is resolved. If your lungs are already scarred, they can no longer exchange oxygen which is not a reversible condition and you cannot come off the vent & will die on it. A CT scan can show what the situation is - inflammation or scarring.
My fear is that this poor woman, by now, likely has the scarring situation plus being on a vent can damage the lungs - I hope not, because then the ivermectin may benefit her.
Personally, I think the hospital throwing up delay after delay when this person’s life is at stake IS criminally negligent. I don’t know how medical people doing this sort of thing look at themselves in the mirror or sleep at night.
"Are you trying to show your contempt of court?"
"No, your honor, to conceal it."
It has been stated on this forum that Hospitals can claim up to 100k per patient for Covid Deaths. Given the 10k per day fine, the hospital could still make money denying Ivermectin for 9 days.
That’s a start.
Such a relief to have honest information on this topic, even on FR.
Truth has been cut off at her knees by this scourge.
“Do no harm” went out the window decades ago.
The good news is she was finally given the first dose of Ivermectin on the evening of Monday, December 13. She will receive 24mg of Ivermectin per day for 10 days.
This unfortunate woman was in a medically induced coma on a ventilator for 41 days before receiving the first dose of Ivermectin while her family and their attorney fought the hospital administration. That's the longest period of delay that I've read about in these needless disputes involving the courts. It will be a tremendous challenge to treat her successfully at this late stage and miraculous if she recovers, but I wish her well and pray for her.
The heartless hospital administrators who put these patients and their families through this torment are sadistic serial killers in my eyes.
24mg/day is a good, strong dosage. Imo she’ll be home by the weekend.
It’s a good size dose but then she might be an obese lady and the dosage varies according to weight.
Generally you wait 48hrs between doses to let the liver catch up but it sounds like the dosage here was every day.
IVM is pretty innocuous, I see no reason not to give it even if you have no faith in its efficacy..I mean just administer it to give some comfort to the family if for no other reason :-/
This is all very troubling...
right. If someone is deathly ill, what is the harm?
I had heard that the benefit of Ivermectin was just its anti viral effect. But after about ten days in the body, the virus is dead anyway, hence the need to use the Ivermectin ASAP otherwise it is a waste of effort.
