OMG I noticed this earlier this week!
You still could see heat maps for flooding, noise, schools and other data, but the crime data was gone! I thought maybe it was just for a certain location I happened to be browsing. Now I see woke bull is ruining everything. This is akin to bulletproof glass being illegal.

I’ve bought many houses over the course of my lifetime and I never once relied on crime data. I have two eyes and large dose of common sense that has made such stats unnecessary.
They're not suggesting your safety depends on the color of your skin in any particular neighborhood, are they?

The thing that really pisses me off about this is that all that’s being done is to report the facts. If blacks are worried about racist crime statistics, then why not try to do something in the black community to reduce crime? You have a problem in your neighborhoods, but you expect someone else to solve it. How? You think defunding the police is a viable solution? How ‘bout you taking back your neighborhoods from the criminals who infect it? You know who they are but are afraid to do something. Then why are you expecting some outside agent to do your work for you? You have a black problem that needs a black solution.

1. Rush hour—see how much traffic noise there is.
2. Saturday night at midnight. How noisy is it? Are there any strange people wandering about? Garbage on the streets?

I’m with you. I’ve lived in a few big cities around the country, and it’s just common knowledge among people , as to where the bad neighborhoods are. It’s just common knowledge as to which areas to avoid in your search for a home. It’s equally common knowledge as to where the upscale neighborhoods are.
If realtors hide the crime data, people who are concerned about crime will just have to use proxy information.
If only I could think of a good proxy for crime.
Your #10 raises the basic question, of course, that is avoided by many, if not most, of the black community: Where is the responsible, active local leadership?
I suppose this means these realtors are unwittingly blaming the crimes on blacks. Actual racism will have its way, and usually by way of the actions and words of liberals.
If they work hard, pretty soon realtors will rise to the respect level of used car dealers.
Realtors have always had a shady reputation.
Smart buyers independently verify everything a realtor tells them.
I was fortunate that one of my best friends was a former realtor—he could talk for hours about all of their tricks—it was quite an education.
Bottom line—they will say anything for a commission—and should never be believed.

Here is how I read it.
Areas with higher crime (regardless of their ethnic makeup) will have their homes devalued because of this tool.
Common sense will tell you that homes values in higher crime areas will decrease compared to the market, because most people will not want to be a home there. There is a word in economics called “demand”. Heh.
But if you insert woke activism into the mix, and you’ve decided that it’s minority areas that are showing up as higher crime, then you want to protect their home values artificially.
