With China and India cranking up coal power, the result of this on climate will be zilch. But he’ll feel good.

Just like takings Statins...you change the numbers but you're still gonna die.
You may change the Co2 Numbers....but you're not going to change the climate even a tiny little bit.

A final rule issued Monday would raise mileage standards starting in the 2023 model year, reaching a projected industry-wide target of 40 miles per gallon by 2026. The new standard is 25% higher than a rule finalized by the Trump administration last year and 5% higher than a proposal by the Environmental Protection Agency in August. And this is legal and constitutional, how.

All one has to say is that I’m a gender fluid wizard and my vehicle meets the standards. It’s up to you to prove it. I’ll throw in some impossible to debate pronouns to certify it.

Biden should dictate that Pi = 3.0 while he’s at it.
This should result in smaller less safe cars leading to increased traffic deaths and injuries when the inevitable car-truck interactions occur.

I doubt that even Congress has the authority to do this under the Constitution. But certainly the executive department does not, nor any Constitutionally illegitimate administrative agency.
