Democrats are defending the narrowest of Senate majorities in 2022 as Republicans look to fight their way back into power after a series of crushing defeats.
While Democrats are going on offense in a handful of states where GOP incumbents are retiring, the party is also facing strong national headwinds in their bid to hold onto the Senate. The party of a new president – in this case President Biden – almost always loses ground in Congress in midterm elections.
Given Democrats’ slim Senate majority, control of the upper chamber is likely to come down to just a handful of states. Here are the 10 races that will decide the Senate majority next year:

I’m unsure about Pennsylvania but given how unpopular Biden is and how unpopular the anti-fossil fuel stance is in a state that had a lot of fracking lifting people’s economic fortunes, I think the Democrats are going to have a tough time winning that seat. Look at how the Republicans have closed the registration gap massively in that state.
I believe gun grabbing China Sellout Mark Kelly will be toast in Arizona from the polling I’ve seen.
Wisconsin is looking very unfavorable for Democrats right now. Whether Ron Johnson runs again or somebody else, look for the Republicans to hold onto that seat and oust Evers from the governor’s mansion.
Nevada will depend largely on Hispanic voters in Clark County. If they swing to Republicans as much as similar voters in Texas and Florida and Virginia did....Nevada is going to be very much in play.
North Carolina....I live here. Things are looking U-G-L-Y for Democrats here. The real contest is to ensure that MAGA Republican Ted Budd wins rather than RINO former Governor McRory.
Ohio....LOL! There’s no need to even analyze this. Ohio has turned into a deep red state. Sherrod Brown’s days are numbered.
New Hampshire....like Nevada a tossup. The Democrat there barely squeaked by before and next year is gonna be a tough year for Democrats.
Florida - a red state that is turning more red every year. I’m not a fan of Micro Rubio but Val Demmings has zero shot. It doesn’t matter how much California/New York money they pour in.
Missouri....LOL! This is not a contest. Not in deep red Missouri.

Exactly right. Even when they “win” they find ways to lose. Its the only thing they do consistently well.
At this point, with midterms fast approaching, the GOP should have a clear agenda with specific objectives to get the country back on track. But they don’t. And they won’t.
The GOP is a fake party and doesn’t give a damn about its voters.

2 states lean to us, both ours: OH and NC
four states probably not at risk, 1 of theirs, 3 of ours; theirs - CO; ours - FL, IA and MO
All others safe
Anticipating a big swing our way, we should net 4 (i.e., pick up AZ, GA, NH and NV)
Even with a big swing our way, CO will be tough. It’s an all mail-in vote state.
LOTS of additional opportunities in 2024
Think filibuster-proof Senate, big majority in the House, and President in 2024.
Trump should have won re-election too. However, election fraud was overwhelming.

It doesn’t matter. The Senate could be 100 Republicans and the Democrats would still run the place.
No-while i don’t like RINOs, GOP control of any type is way better than the current Dem control that now gets gets us multiple lefty judges, defense budget capped, 2 Trump impeachments cuz they felt like it, slashing of anything in budget Trump, legalizing border crossings with free flights to other states, uncontrolled spending , funding for abortions paid by taxpayers, no longer energy independent etc etc

Yes, indeed. Just like they when the Democrats pushed Republicans to block Garland from even getting a vote, when the Democrats went nuclear to allow Gorsuch to get an up or down vote, when Democrats pushed Republicans to confirm Kavanaugh, strong armed the Republicans to confirm Barrett, repealed the individual mandate, sweeping tax reforms, record numbers of judges, etc. Democrats had to strong arm the Republicans to do all of that stuff.
