I hope he returns to DC on Jan. 6 to file a quo warranto action against the sitting GA Senators (D) from the recent special election. Unfortunately for them, the computer access logs for GA voting machines were erased that covered that election, rendering an accurate audit impossible, and the election is unlawful. Therefore the 2 (D)Senators should be ejected forthwith from the Senate, throwing the (R)s into the majority, and neatly dealing with the filibuster tactic.

Then file a quo warranto against Kamala Harris as unqualified to serve as VPOTUS as she is not a Natural Born citizen according to the Senate Resolution addressing McCain's candidacy. That Resolution found McCain was natural born because both his parents were U.S. citizens at the time of his birth. Harris' parents were visiting here on visas from India and Jamaica, so obviously they were subject to a foreign jurisdiction.
