The woman who accused Bob Dylan of sexually abusing her in New York City on multiple occasions decades ago when she was just 12, has expanded the timeframe for when the abuse allegedly occurred — following prior reports that the songwriter was away on tour during the time of her claims, new court papers show.
The 68-year-old woman — who filed suit anonymously in August under the initials J.C. — claimed that the “Blowin’ in the Wind” singer groomed her and plied her with drugs and alcohol before allegedly sexually abusing her as a pre-teen multiple times at his Chelsea Hotel apartment over the course of six weeks in April and May of 1965.
Soon after, reporting emerged that the 80-year-old musician was away on tour for most of April and May that year.

Dylan hasn’t endorsed any candidates and has avoided any political activism except the early anti-war stuff. As far as religion goes he was Christian at one time but currently seems to be following Judaism.

IMHO, the clock on the statute of limitations for crimes against a minor should not start until they turn 21.
Nonetheless, 56 years is way too long to bring an accusation.
The guy had the world on a string. He had his pick of any girl. There has never ever been a whisper in sixty years insinuating Dylan was a pervert. This “allegation” should be dismissed as the obvious BS it is.

Well, a major problem for the woman is that she (and her attorney) filed court papers stating the abuse took place in April-May 1965. Dylan was on tour outside the U.S. for most or all of that time period and there’s plenty of evidence of his whereabouts.
The woman (and attorney) have now changed the story saying the timeframe was really sometime in early 1965. It’s obviously a money grab and the fact the earlier allegations are in writing in the legal documents would seem to be a major problem for her.
I don’t think he’s a leftist. He may not be either or. He’s said and done enough in the past, that he seems to subvert the notion he is some kind of rote leftist.

He did pick one. He was traveling and performing with then-girlfriend (and hottie at the time) Joan Baez in Europe at the time this lying creep claimed he was raping her in NYC.
New York passed a law giving victims of sexual assault that was passed the statute of limitations time to file. She filed within that window.
Bobby Zimmerman just doesn't seem like the sexual predator type.
