I wrote yesterday about Attorney General Merrick Garland’s claim that there is “one rule” of law that should apply to everyone. That’s what should be the case, under our Constitution.
Except that hasn’t been the case, as I noted, using as an example the glaring difference between the way that the DOJ has handled Jan. 6 versus the way it has approached the BLM/Antifa riots. I noted several aspects of the differences yesterday.
There are continuing questions regarding the treatment of John Sullivan.
You may recall that John Sullivan was one of the people who went into the Capitol and encouraged others to do so. He also filmed the killing of Ashli Babbitt by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd. He sold that footage for at least $90,000. Babbitt was the only person who was killed that day as a direct result of actions taken during the riot.
But Sullivan also had been an organizer of BLM protests and run a website called Insurgence USA that sold Antifa black bloc gear. He’d been previously arrested for his involvement in a violent BLM protest in Utah where a driver was shot after his car was surrounded. Someone else was accused of that shooting but according to a police affidavit, Sullivan allegedly organized the action, encouraged people to block the roadways, threatened to beat a woman, and kicked her car.

thing that comes to mind when it comes to January 6 is john Sullivan. Talking in side the capital with the reporter Jade Sacker whom works with NPR, MSNBC and buzfeed. Jade saying “we did it”
So, what difference does it make? /s
Same thing that happened to his fellow Feral Bureau of Instigation co-conspirator, Ray Epps. A nice quiet payoff, and the Deep State equivalent of ‘witness protection’.
Doesn’t hurt that his adoptive father is Deep State Globalist Retired Admiral too.
“At this point...”
Last I heard he was under house arrest and working up his memoirs. No word of when it will hit the stands.
Steal as many copies as you can!
bttt
He's either a CNN contributor with a "journalism" exception (which implicates CNN as collaborating with BLM), or he trolled CNN, which proves (yet again) that they have no journalistic standards.

Ted Cruz is on Tucker right now trying to weasel out of his use of terrorist and Tucker is not letting him.
Cruz is finished.
more evidence of the injustice of this ‘just’ regime.
what a polite interview by KUTV. Sullivan still being treated as a Deep State actor!
includes:
- The indictment of Sullivan cites quotes from his own video to allege he was actively participating and encouraging the riot.
After the crowd broke through the last barricade, and as SULLIVAN and the others approach the Capitol Building, SULLIVAN can be heard in the video saying at various points: ‘There are so many people. Let’s go. This s-— is ours! F-— yeah,’ ‘We accomplished this s-—. We did this together. F-— yeah! We are all a part of this history,’ and ‘Let’s burn this s-— down.’
“Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) asked why wasn’t Sullivan being called before the Jan. 6 Committee and why wasn’t House Speaker Nancy Pelosi talking about him?”
MTG has more sense and courage than the entire GOP apart from her.
Why on earth would a seasoned politician, lawyer, and “conservative” do such a thing?
Stunning.
Oh well... down the toilet with that a-hole.
Doesn’t hurt that his adoptive father is Deep State Globalist Retired Admiral too.

You speaking of epps “adoptive father”
Gotta a name for the admiral?
“Ted Cruz is on Tucker right now trying to weasel out of his use of terrorist and Tucker is not letting him.”
What was his excuse? Someone hack into his mouth or something?
VIDEO: 3m26s: 18 Feb 2021: Sky News Australia: ABC (Australia) gives thousands of taxpayer dollars to Capitol Hill rioter for footage
A man indicted on six federal charges in the US for his involvement in the Capitol riots on January 6 was paid thousands of dollars from the ABC for his footage of the siege.
Remittance advice from the national broadcaster shows taxpayers spent $2375 to buy footage from disgraced Capitol Hill rioter and anti-Trump activist John Sullivan.
Sullivan was captured on camera encouraging rioters to “we gotta get this s—t burned.”
Sky News host Andrew Bolt said there were “very serious questions” for the ABC after the documents revealled the public broadcaster paid Mr Sullivan after he was charged.
Mr Sullivan was indicted last week by a federal grand jury on six charges including obstruction of a civil proceeding, civil disorder, and disorderly conduct.
Federal police also accused the self-described anti-Trump activist of actively encouraging the siege.
The ABC’s flagship current affairs program Four Corners last week ran a report on protesters rioting at the US Capitol.
“The reporter, Sarah Ferguson, was clear that this was all the work of wicked right wingers,” Mr Bolt said.
Mr Bolt approached the ABC to respond on the issue, but the public broadcaster has not replied...

Don’t be so quick to dismiss Cruz. He could be useful trying to make amends for his mistakes. He could start with a goodwill gesture by getting the 1/6 trespassers the same sentences as any BLM offender.
No, Sullivan’s adoptive father.

He’s still working for the See Eye Hay, no doubt.
