I suggest listening to this rant. Irritating? Yes. But this fellow seems pretty well in charge of his faculties. He is serious about what he’s advocating.
If you’re a conservative in the deep blue areas, then listen to the rant very carefully. During the years leading up to WWII, mein kampf was considered just a silly book. We know now that it was a blueprint.

You are correct. Rather than acting childish and laughing at Olberman, we should be taking this seriously.
I heard a discussion where the left wants to disqualify every Republican from running for office through “whatever means necessary”.
Watch big city and state DAs charge Republican candidates with all sorts of crimes. The media will call for them to drop out of their campaign until the charges can be cleared up. Of course, if they do not drop out, then the charges hang around their neck throughout the campaign and the media will ask “how can you vote for someone facing charges of XXX against them?”
That is just one avenue of “disqualification” discussed.
Just a few days ago I was posting that many need to be very careful. Those folks arrested so far are only small fish. They are not after them in all reality, they are after the political leadership of the conservative base.
Words have meanings and it is really important to wake-up and realize for Democrats they are very adept at making events fit their words...or heck ...just change the definition.
Under both the Patriot Act they can arrest and detain “domestic terrorists” indefinitely.
Under the 14th Amendment they can remove key political representatives from office at the Capitol.
