Amended Complaint Filed in Military and Federal Contractors Case
Jan 21, 2022
Liberty Counsel has filed an amended complaint in its lawsuit against the COVID shot mandates by adding additional military plaintiffs, federal employees, and civilian contractors, as well as including the secretaries for each military branch, U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) as defendants. The OPM serves as the chief human resources agency and personnel policy manager for the federal government and the GSA is an independent U.S. government agency that helps manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies.
Vaccine Mandate Ping
My son, dual degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering intended to join Space Force. They called him to tell him there is an opening he can fill.
He asked about the vaccine mandate and told the recruiter he has acquired natural immunity as he had the Wuhan Flu and his symptoms were very mild. He was told that Natural Immunity does not eliminate the vaccine requirement. He told them to call back when they change that policy.
Thank you. I have a good friend who is stuck in the middle of this right now. His options are retire out at a loss or get vaxxed. I have my fingers crossed for him.
Good for him!
He can do better.
Stay away from the military. Its mission is no longer just defense and the leadership is horrible.
Tell you what, if these mandates are eventually done away with completely, there are going to be a lot of people who will wish they wouldn't have caved. It'll be interesting to see how all this shakes out.
Tell your son I'm proud of him.
I can retire right now if I wanted to, but it would also be at a loss. I’m riding this thing out, but I’m also preparing for a worse case scenario too.
Your son should ask for a copy of the OPM regulation that states the vax is a requirement. I bet it does not exist, at least to the extent being implied. New hires or potential new hires should be entitled to medical and religious exemptions just like current employees.
