They spent four years working together in the White House, but former Vice President Mike Pence tells Fox News it’s been months since he and former President Donald Trump have chatted.
Pence has been in a precarious position among many in the GOP base since the storming of the U.S. Capitol last January by right wing extremists aiming to disrupt congressional certification of now President Biden’s Electoral College victory over Trump. Some members of the violent mob that breached the Capitol were chanting "hang Mike Pence."

Golly this report reads like it comes from The Hill.
I guarantee you that when pence looks at the outpouring of love and the multitude of Americans that show up to Trump’s rallies he is literally kicking himself in the butt! He has become a piranha in the eyes of the patriots who are hardcore voters! He is like Sessions a fake backstabbing CINO!
Why should Trump be pals with traitors who are disloyal to him? He has plenty of those.

People can say it was about 1/6, but even before the election it became clear that Pence’s only shot in 2024 would be if Trump was still President.
I saw an interview with Pence recently, he said the last time he talked to Trump was this past summer, so it has been a while since they spoke. I never trusted Pence from the start, too much of a usual “republican” politician.

This article couldn’t be more biased if it came out of MSLSD. That it’s sourced from Fox should be instructive to those of us still living in the past. A real enemy can’t hope to do the damage done by a false friend.
Instead Pence was manipulated into an "useful idiot". Yes, he was in a pickle at that time. So that's why he needed to get out of it. Also, he did not have to be there for the inauguration.
FOX goes RINO RAT at election time. Jesse Watters had Pence on the other night. I couldn’t even stand looking at him.
I doubt Trump has much interest in talking to Mike Pence.

It was obvious from the start that pence was a fake snake.

Pence was a wuss, but he was probably picked to balance Trump (for people who didn’t like Trump’s style).
However, he was worse than useless. Trump put him in charge of the “pandemic response,” and between Pence and Fauci, they were the ones running the country. Trump made a few feeble attempts to resist, but he should never have let the two of them get away with it. If Trump had nipped it in the bud and just said no to Fauci’s wacky plans, none of the last two years of misery would have happened. And Trump would have been reelected in a landslide too big for the Dems to cheat.
