Oh come one. Hitler stopped after the Sudetenland. And Czechoslovakia. And he would have stopped after the Danzig Corridor. We could have had peace in our time

Probe with a bayonet. If you hit steel, withdraw. If you hit mush, keep going.

> Putin has demanded NATO withdraw all forces from countries that entered NATO after 1997 <

That demand is so over-the-top it’s not even funny. But it’s most probably just a negotiating tactic on Putin’s part. Sort of like asking $100 for an item at a pawn shop, but willing to settle for $40.

Notice I said “most probably” there. Because an insane leader would really mean it. But I don’t think Putin is insane.

The Democrats don’t understand the true threat of Putin and a restored USSR. They think Communism died in 1991, and that Putin is something else. But Putin still is a Communist. Also, some on the Right are embracing him, anx also saying that we should be neutral on actions involving him and even China outside of our territory.

After Vietnam, when the engineers of that debacle admitted numerous mistakes (for which they should have been tried for war crimes), military service became much less fashionable for our political caste. It was a noble cause but carried out in a reckless manner.

After the recent disasters in Iraq and Afghanistan (in which Americans died for nothing, to say nothing of the much larger numbers of the populations of those countries), I understand why people don’t enlist anymore. There will be no trials for those who send Americans off to die in (and kill in) these conflicts, and our own country is under a very real assault along the southern border with the federal gubmint refusing to lift a finger.

There is no US.

It has become a leftist-run kleptocracy.

That is the flaw in your logic.

If we can take the country back—and get our borders back—then we can become a real country again—right now we are a third world woke joke.

"...with the federal gubmint refusing to lift a finger..."

If they DO lift a finger, what is the probability that
whatever they decide to do will be the WRONG thing?
I understand that illegals could surely use free college
tuitions and Amazon gift cards, but...

Appears your intention are good. Allow me.

Brookings Institute along with the Atlantic Council have become nothing more than war councils used by the political and media class to promote their agendas..

Slick Willie did not ignore abroad . . . he like Obama and Biden and Hillary and Kerry and and . . . so corrupted with money from . . . Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Iran and and . . . thus was compromised to do anything regarding the rise of extremism and Muslim Brotherhood.

As the title of the Brookings paper says . . . "Russia’s draft agreements with NATO and the United States: Intended for rejection?"

Of course it is . . . Biden is soooooo weak . . . Putin is now having a field day taking advantage of this incredible weakness. Why would he not?

Biden is soooo weak, for the first time in my lifetime, America has been cut-out of any negotiating talks over Ukraine. Ponder that.

“Menendez told CNN anchor Dana Bash, “Listen, this is beyond Ukraine, although certainly we dramatically support Ukraine. We cannot have a Munich moment again. Putin will not stop with Ukraine if he believes that the West will not respond. We saw what he did in 2008 in Georgia. We saw what he did in 2014 and pursued Crimea. He will not stop. So at the end of the day, this is about defending Ukraine, but also about sending a message, you can’t by force change the boundaries of a country, you can’t by force tell them they cannot look westward.”

Then Menendez and other war hawks need to fly into Kiev with our diplomats and get the Ukraine government to sign a treaty that enters the United States into war with Russia “if Russia does blah blah blah.”
Until such treaty is signed and ratified by the Senate. I’m not sweating the hot air from Menenedez.

His foreign policy position will fail because Russia has the time, location, and determination to see their foreign policy through, while our utopian “21st century types” like to “stir a hornets nest” then quickly back off. They eventually back off because their positions turn untenable.(See both Georgia & Crimea)

All this stupid rhetoric & grand standing over Ukraine does, is delay dealing with our number one foreign policy threat: “The rise of China.”

Let this sorry sack of turds, arm up and get his butt over there. The left desperately needs to distract from their disastrous policies and outcomes in the USA, so they will go to war and spill American blood to do it.

Made from chocolate?

I don't think so - but I suppose it's possible.

Are you in need of a snack?
Just a hunch.

How do you know pervert? >>

Was thinking the same thing. I believe it’s just another excuse for a democrat to start a pre-emptive war to get out of inflation. It’s been done before
