On Monday, a group of high school students in the Chicago suburbs stormed out of class after being told they had to wear masks in order to participate in the classroom.
In response to a temporary restraining order imposed by Sangamon County Circuit Court Judge Raylene Grischow, students walked out of schools across the state of Illinois on Monday.
Jon J. Kerr, the publisher of The Kerr Report on Substack, posted a video of a mass exodus from Vernon Hills High School in Chicago on Twitter.
Those children who refused to wear masks met with their principals and were allowed to express their views and ask questions, according to Fox News.
“Students were given three options Monday: put on a mask to attend class, leave school and have a parent report the absence,” the district, which encompasses Libertyville and Vernon Hills High School, said in a statement released Tuesday.
When the district decided to leave the mask regulation in place, many parents were outraged. Several parents told Frontlines that their children were left alone in the gym all day long.
Libertyville parent Socrates Vela told Fox News, “For the past two years, we have been living under mandates.” The Illinois officials could have taken away our children’s rights since my wife and I did not serve in the military.
According to Kim Bissing, another parent, she was “proud of students in District 128 today who chose to go against the school’s unconstitutional mask order.”
“This is an opportunity for children to realize how our government works and when the system fails, that you must speak up and let your voice be heard,” she said.

This has also happened in California and Virginia. The kids are fed up with the crap as much as we are.

Remember as kids going to a church function. We hadn’t seen each other for some period of time. Adult came into the room and said “Shut up, or leave”. The adult was left alone in that church within 2 minutes

These kids have more guts than many adults.
They're scared as hell that if the haze of hysteria and mandates are gone, people are going to start doing some real hard thinking about what's been done to them over the past two years, and who's been doing it to them.
This is one of those times you wonder if it’s principle that they’re leaving for refusing to wear masks, thrilled that they were given the option to leave and didn’t care what the reason was or a good enough excuse to take home to grumbling parents who are sick of this stuff.

I thought the government was legally required to provide an education to certain ages.
Or the footage of him and the bag lady arguing with their “captors” right up to the moment Mr. 7.63x39 and friends arrived.

After seeing at very close range how useless remote learning was over the last two years, I am convinced that young adults can determine that the education rituals in this country are useless. The overhead in the education system needs to be flushed out, and unfortunately the same experts in education who created this mess can not be reasonably expected to clean it up. The like the smell.
Joke is on you. The schools actually provide indoctrination and perversion. But, somehow, a lot of parents think it is Education.
Yes, leaders have to scream and yell and get our attention so that we do not get a good look at them. Leaders who scream and make restrictions are stupid and lame.
