Pretty sure the FAA is slowing things down to punish Elon for not cozying up to biden and california.

One would think Biden wants the Chinese to catch up with space technology. Hunter and Joe must have gotten more payola from the Chinese.

Who benefits? Cui bono?

SpaceX competitors benefit. Governing agencies are a tool for the connected to damage their financial enemies.

This is what happened in the Civil War. The South posed an enormous economic threat to the existing monied elite, and they used the government to destroy the threat.

Then they spread propaganda claiming they did it for moral reasons.

He said in his speech that the Cape facility was complete. He also said it would take 3-6 months to complete the move - not years. FWIW. Go listen for yourself - the link is on FR for the 1.5 hr announcement and Q&A.

“I guess our worst-case scenario is that we would be delayed for six to eight months to build up the Cape launch tower and launch from there,” he said.

Move it to Florida where he already has the ok. He should have had his Starship there from the start.

I believe Boca Chica is 250 miles further south than Cape Canaveral. This gives an advantage in launching stuff into orbit. The closer to the equator, the less energy it takes to reach orbital height and velocity.

Which never stopped Fox News from reporting on the chaos at the border or Dementia Joe’s poll numbers on the border collapsing.

Like who?
Nobody on this planet is building anything even close to Superheavy or Starship.
Falcon 9 is doing great right now against them competitors.

Like who?

Boeing. Lockheed Martin. Blue Origin. China.

Falcon 9 is doing great right now against them competitors.

That's why they are siccing the Federal agencies on SpaceX.

And they will keep extending it ad infinitum. Elon Musk has been a bad comrade and criticized the powers-that-be. Make no mistake: the elite have the power to ruin ANY business, even SpaceX.

Exactly right about the South. BTW, have you read “The South was Right!” by the Kennedy twins? Documents exactly what you said, in detail, citing specific Yankee merchants. And a lot more evidence.

I have not read it, but I am glad you told me about it. I was wondering if there was a way to find out what all the financial dealings were at the time.

I surmised what happened when I first saw the distribution of the money in 1860. Most of the money from trade with Europe was created in the South, but the bulk of it ended up in New York, Boston and Washington DC pockets.

That told me right away that there was serious money steering going on.

Not much of a delay then.
Screw Brandon and his FAA, EPA Etc - maybe the Nuclear Waste Dog Boy would service them gladly?

Boeing Lockheed etc are not even close to anything even approaching Starship or Superheavy. Even if SpaceX went to sleep for 2 years, they'd still be ahead of these jokers

That's why they are siccing the Federal agencies on SpaceX.

Actually Falcon 9 launches are on record pace this year and SpaceX is CRUSHING Boeing, Lockheed etc in commercial rocket launches over which Dementia Joe has little to no control.

And this is why I think they are behind government efforts to slow down SpaceX.

Actually Falcon 9 launches are on record pace this year and SpaceX is CRUSHING Boeing, Lockheed etc in commercial rocket launches over which Dementia Joe has little to no control.

But what little control the corrupt government has, it is attempting to use.

SpaceX is overcoming them anyway, but it is still costing them time and resources to do it. And *THAT* is so long as the government doesn't escalate and start accusing them of "crimes" like working for a foreign government or industrial espionage or some other bullsh*t.

Ad infinitum huh?
I doubt if Dementia Joe will last even another 5 years.
Musk WILL send rockets to Mars over Joe Dementia's body if that's what it takes

NASA never could do this landing of 3 boosters https://youtu.be/mY-fSnKTLqw?t=105 so the reason is probably because of politics.

There are ads jabbing at Musk on TV too. Two by Ford, and one by some outfit I never heard of before, “Sales Force”, now advertising heavily (at least on NBC).
