Jennifer Sey, former USA gymnast and the brand president of Levi's has revealed she has been fired for repeatedly speaking out against draconian COVID restrictions in schools, and turned down $1million in severance pay that she was offered on condition she wouldn't publicly share why she had been ousted.
Sey, 52, has repeatedly spoken out against school shut-downs and mask mandates since the start of pandemic.
On Monday, she revealed in Bari Weiss's Substack channel Common Sense that she has left Levi's - where she has worked for more than 20 years - because of its woke obsession.

Last March, she moved her four kids from California to Denver so that they could attend classes in person and have a 'normal childhood'.
But she has now revealed that in the background, Levi's staff were pressuring her not to share her views on the subject because they offended the company's liberal preferences.

Seriously. Things must be really really really bad in California if Denver is considered normal. The locals in Denver call the ER "the gun and knife club".

San Francisco has to be worse than in Denver. Or they certainly were as of July 2021 when I was last there.
“Normal” is in the eye of the beholder! If my Iowa Grandchildren were moved to Denver or Boulder CO, they might feel like they were transported to to somewhere far less than Normal.
Don’t kid yourself. She’s a leftist too. Normal childhood? She drags her kids to the San Francisco Pride parade/event. Anyone with sense who has seen pictures of that depraved freak show knows its no place for children or teenagers.
Good for her. Levi’s was cool 1853-1980. Then Levi’s sold out to anti-Christian and anti-American forces in the 80’s. The original Levis’ building in SF is cool. The Levi’s campus in downtown SF is ritzy. The whole company is doomed to be boring like Patagonia, Macy’s and Gillette. Sad. My Pillow should make jeans.
I say more power to her for fleeing a situation that deserves to be reformed or shut down entirely. Legal action is needed or the sky-high home prices will plummet within the SF school district, children or no children. One would think the realtors would scramble to help put SF schools in better shape. It's their commission on the table.
Yes, she is. I have seen other articles where she talks about her support for BLM, declared George Floyd a hero, put her kids in spanish immersion school, etc. etc.
I'm just surprised that the issue of masking kids somehow pierced the leftist cement of her brain.
This lady has her act together. She made the right choice.

So Levi’s would rather be known as a corporation which fires a high-ranking executive for wanting her kids to be able to breathe? I’d boycott Levi’s for this, but there are probably 1,000 reasons I’m already boycotting Levi’s. And while I’m angry at Levi’s for this, I’d feel worse for Sey personally if she hadn’t spent 30 years making Levi’s a symbol of prison rape and drug dealing instead of hard work.
