Some have discarded restrictions, and some have told Tur-d’eau off; some have done both.

At any rate, these are all the provinces:

Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan.

All the border provinces except British Columbia.

New Brunswick and Nova Scotia are also border provinces.

In fact, there are only two provinces that do not border the USA: Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Additionally, the North West Territory does not border anything but Canada, Yukon borders Alaska of course, and Nunavut borders Greenland (Denmark).
