Trademark infringement requires (at least) two things:
1. Identity or similarity of the marks; and
2. Identity or similarity of the good/services the mark is registered for (there are 45 “classes” of goods and services)
to a degree that the consumer would confuse the provenance of the goods/services of the one company for the other.
Not likely here, is it?

Both logos use block-style shapes that form the letter “T” – making Truth Social a target of dozens of comments and comparisons with the logo for the British firm, which sells solar panel technology.So they're concerned people might confuse Trump's social media platform with a solar panel distributor?
