I’m sick of people who “looked at a map” and suddenly realized Russia deserves to, needs to, etc - invade Ukraine. It’s a truly idiotic rationalization of a military attack which is the result of Biden’s weakness, and just as Afghanistan led to this, Ukraine may lead to a Taiwan invasion. And then the dangers multiply. Loss of Taiwan would be a disaster, but we and our allies may then have no choice but to fight a larger war. With fools like Biden in charge, things can get out of hand very quickly.
Russia has no need or justification to invade, that’s nonsense. Ukraine is indeed strategic as Russia is about to break into the black sea. And Ukraine is loaded with vital world resources which Russia will now control.

Hearing from some reporters that Ukrainians didn’t seemed to be ready for this as far as the public goes. Despite all the warnings the people are complacent since they’ve heard so many of these warnings.....until last night when it started. Of course now they have concerns.
Additionally Ukraine Army wasn’t as prepared in how they were seeing things developing....might be why the Pres. of Ukraine got so upset with Biden for blowing the horn too early.....it would send a false alarm before it needed to be sent.

I suspect Ukrainians having been in conflict for 8 yrs, most recently, and been down this road so many times before might not be prepared for this time. That’s just another problem with waring countries who have conflicts going all the time.

It was interesting that a few hours after CNN-MSNBC-FOX reporters wondered why there were no sirens, the sirens started sounding - but still no clear footage of any attack.
Sirens began telling people there was now martial Law .....then those that came later were air raid warning sirens.
