Our first black female affirmative action Justice is a one for one swap and will not affect the court as it currently stands. There is always the possibility she will not be any worse than Beyer. If she is worse then Merrick Garland that could be bad. We dodged a bullet there.

How about we stay out of the Democrat bias and bigotry gutter and instead focus on her judicial experience and matters of importance? What is her views and rulings on speech? On the 2nd amendment? On search, especially forfeiture? Just to name three topics...
I read her work ethic as being to defend blacks alone. And if they go to jail...no matter...Obama will free them.
