I put a batch in my Amazon cart right before bed, thinking I’d place my order the next day. The next morning I opened my cart to see “sold out with this seller”, but luckily I was able to find another vendor. Now my husband can vent 100 times.

Where I live people have begun to use sharpies too. I see many pissed off people.

Then it's WWIII and I'll have to put cutouts of Biden's head over Putin's.Maybe one with Joe and Vlad with their arm around each other with the caption "We Did That!"

I know someone who put them in empty grocery slots here.

I’m seeing them EVERYWHERE. Gas stations here have given up removing them.

I was filling my tank earlier this week (ouch!) and the gas station manager came out and walked up and down the pumps.. He said “hello” to me and I said “hello” back. He then said “I have to watch these pumps. People keep putting stickers on them.”
I didn’t have to ask what the stickers were. 😂

If burning the American flag is considered 1st Amendment “political speech” so is applying a sticker.

I’ve still got about 20 of those in my center console. More work to be done! They’re good for empty shelves at the grocery store, too. 😏

They’re putting them in grocery stores, here. I saw one at my grocery store before I saw any at gas pumps. That was a couple of months ago.
Now I see them at both places pretty frequently.

Oooh! Good idea! We just spent $230 on a dopey little Open House party that we threw, for only a dozen people. Unreal.

Burning an American flag on someone else's front lawn isn't considered 1st Amendment "political speech."
That's the danger of having self-serve ANYTHING in business. You condition your customers -- including some people here on FR, apparently -- to treat your property as if it belongs to them.

This is only news if you happen to live in an information cocoon like California or the Northeast. I live in San Diego County and they are everywhere, and have been for quite a while. Lately, there are more pumps with them than without. Most of the stations remove them daily, but there are too many of us putting them up to stop us.
