I believe the best strategy is to let the democrats stay in power until 2024. Conservatives need to sit out this election. It may just kill the democrat party permanently. Rino-republican majorities will accomplish nothing material. They will not fight the democrats and never have. They will only act to take the heat off the democrats. They will get blamed for everything and democrats will come roaring back to win in 2024 continuing our destruction.

These people have refined the art of deception, misinformation and outright lying beyond all known cultures throughout history and are only surpassed by the Father of Lies, Satan.

The truth is Trump never seriously undertook to cut federal spending, to defeat inflation he relied on growing the economy fast enough to close the deficit. That hope was probably always the product of political realities rather than economic realities, but at least it was a plan to deal with the deficit and by extension, inflation. Who can say that he was not wise to know that any politician who preached the realities of fiscal restraint rather than the Pollyanna-ish vision of endless federal bennies.

Whether he might've closed the gap we will never know because his fiscal and monetary approach was interrupted by Covid.

Even judging Trump most negatively, he was far from consigning the country to runaway inflation, deflation and the terrible combination now confronting us as caused by Joe Biden, stagflation.

The numbers have now gone so far out of control that there is no avoiding the pain. The most we can hope for is the power of choice of which kind of pain we will endure as we hopefully avoid another kind: inflation or depression; subsidies, price controls or high taxes;high interest rates or high taxes; inflation or jobs. Every choice means another kind of pain.

In one year Joe Biden and his leftists have left-us in this state.

On January 20, 2021, President Joe Biden signed an executive order which revoked the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline.

Followed by his cancellation of 7 other pipelines.

To dump all the nations troubles at Trumps feet is an act of dishonesty, recognizing that this nation was dismantled by years of corruption, neglect, lies and mismanagement is an act of bravery.

She lost her senate seat by 11 points. That has to be one of the heaviest defeats in modern history for a sitting senator. Yet still fake news puts her on TV as some sort of expert.

Hillary’s favorite little altar boy, George Stephanopoulas, is desperate for guests on his little Sunday Socialist Hour.

Resorting to having bitter ex-congresswomen on his failing show is pretty pitiful.

'The truth is Trump never seriously undertook to cut federal spending, to defeat inflation he relied on growing the economy fast enough to close the deficit. '

That has always been a cult belief from politicians. In a globalized economy, it's impossible to continue growth that exceeds government spending. There will always be deficit and massive debt unless .gov cuts vast amounts of programs. Trump ran on not cutting medicare/social security/dod. It's impossible to outgrow government.

FTA: "Anchor Jon Karl said, “Although if you look at the numbers, inflation really started to rise almost exactly when Biden came in the White House.”

Heitkamp said, “Now that argues my point, doesn’t it?”

Heitkamp wants to argue that a new Prez. can't be held accountable for all that preceded him. Fair enough

UNLESS; on DAY ONE the new Prez. signals he's shutting down the economy

Trump didn’t see this inflation during his term despite spending patterns. If deficit spending caused inflation why would wild Build Back Better spending be their solution to inflation? How would we have survived all these decades of deficit spending?

The “”overspending” from 2020 was covid relief and Democrats controlled the House which handles the purse strings.

She’s either a willful liar, stupid or both. Her own claims and her party’s talking points are at odds. This is shameless blame on the party out of power. It’s what Democrats do even in failing states they have controlled for a generation or more.

I only know that what Trump spent on was all beneficial to this countrymfinancially. It was an Investments in greatness- bringing huge businesses back to America opening g jobs for millions, building communities to help mi orities estab.ish businesses, etc

Biden has doubled the spending on things that are DETRIMENTAL to this nation. Things that destroy, not build! His motto should be ‘DBB” not bbb. Trumploved this country and invested in things that made it better and stood to gain much more by increasing our abi,ity to prosper.

The left want to tear it all down

So Heidi can put that in her pipe and smoke it! Biden destroys, Trump builds and invests! And we are far better off for it, but now have to deal with Biden destroying everything Trump accomplished. Heidy is being shameful in her comments.
