Shut down the economy for two years, and print money like there is no tomorrow, and you are going to have inflation.
It started under Trump, for reasons we all know, that he was forced into, and has continued on steroids under Biden.
If they wanted to cut inflation, first open up the pipeline and cut red tape for drilling, and watch fuel costs drop. Cut any remaining covid restrictions. And quit printing money. It will all even out within a fortnight.
High fuel prices almost always causes inflation and along with government spending you have a true perfect storm.

We will never know what inflation would be right now if President Trump’s policies had continued into 2021.
What we do know is that when he became president, Biden issued a flood of executive orders and proclamations, and established several environmental protections and changes to immigration policy. Many of these policy changes are the type that would directly increase the possibility of higher inflation.

But Biden has been saying all along that his spending would not increase inflation. Hard to stick to the story when all they know are lies.

In the last year of the Trump administration they printed $1 trillion. In the first year of the Biden administration they printed $2.5 trillion.....for an economy that was already well into recovery anyway.
Under Trump we achieved energy independence. Biden’s anti drilling/fracking policies knocked 2 million barrels per day off of our oil production.
Gosh, who looks far more responsible for the runaway inflation?
Heitkamp is doing what she should be doing. After all, when you own the media (or they you) and big tech, there is NO theory that is too wild. The media will set about to make it so, it certainly won’t call you on it.

Heidi was turned out by the people of North Dakota in November of 2018 when Kevin Kramer was elected with over 55% of the vote even though Heitkamp raised $22 million more than Kramer. ($22 million buys a lot of political ads in North Dakota.)
