The prison term for Democrat ex-Flint Township Clerk Kathy Funk needs to be no less than the longest term of political office that was voted on in the election. If there were senator seats on the ballot, that's six years.

In addition, she needs to be banned from ever holding a taxpayer funded job, including as a contractor, and banned from ever voting again.
