As it is, how can these perps remain “unidentified” WHILE having “maximum discipline”. Hard to have real discipline without other students noticing.

I went to a private women’s college in the early 1990s and the same thing happened in the girl’s dorm a few years earlier. A noose was hung on a black girl’s doorknob with the’ n word, go home’ written on her door. She had done it but didn’t get into any trouble. Also, she was going for free when I and other non-minority students were paying our own way.
They need to be punished with the same punishment that the people/person they falsely accused of committing racism would be given.
